It has to come from and through the Holy Ghost.
It's your own personal withness. It's the

proceedeth from the Father, he shall
testify of me.
Shakesphere once said. This above all,
to thine ownselve be true. Meaning if
you can't be true to yourself, you can't
be true to anyone. Recognize the true
feelings that come from the Holy Ghost

There are 4 to 5 ways the Holy Ghost will testify to you of truth. All 5 are felt, when you have a more sure word of witness, one day you'll feel the other 3 emotions from the Holy Ghost. But for now let me share two...
As you read and listen to the audio's
Feeling One...
You will feel a warm comforting feeling, almost like a mild, very mild endorphine feeling of comfort in your chest
Feeling Two...
It's like an inter feeling, a flush from head to your chest, but mostly head to sternum. Kind of like a tingling but more of a flushing feeling. When the HG is strong the HG will be like a mighty inter soul of wind, continues flushing from head to sternum.
Sometimes like the feeling we get
when we hear the National Anthem

Maroni 10:3-5
3 the Lord hath been unto the children of men, from the creation of Adam even down until the
time that ye shall receive these things, and ponder.
4 And when ye shall receive these things, I would exhort you that ye would ask God, the
Eternal Father, in the name of Christ, if these things are not true; and if ye shall ask with a
sincere heart, with real intent, having faith in Christ, he will manifest the truth of it unto you, by
the power of the Holy Ghost.
5 And by the power of the Holy Ghost ye may know the truth of all things.
